My Story

Authentic Pasta for collection

I have had a love affair with pasta my whole life. My earliest memories involve eating it and my happiest moments involve eating it too, even my worst moments involve eating it if I'm completely honest!

Growing up second generation Italian, food connected me to everything to do with my culture and the one thousand stories about immigration that were shared around a table. The anchor within those meals was always pasta. I never really understood the importance of it until it wasn't there.

In 2020 when I was unable to work as a chef and missing wider family members and friends I started to make pasta. I didn't realise this at the time but it was the connection to everything I had known and taken for granted that started to fuel the passion within. I started making it and people wanted to buy it. I haven't really stopped since.

Now I make pasta with the highest quality ingredients I can find with a emphasis on Irish produce and seasonality. Pasta is a labour of love and an art, everything is by hand and I want to share with you how good it can be.
