Pasta a casa is about using the finest ingredients with an emphasis on seasonality and Irish produce.

Using incredible organic eggs from Mad Yolk to ricotta from Toonsbridge, and our flour is 100% 'grano Italiano. 

​

Each month there will be a changing menu with a selection of three pastas and three sauces available. 

​

Most importantly the art of pasta making will always be front and centre as everything is by hand and made on the day of collection. It is this tradition and authenticity which is at the heart of 'pasta a casa'.
